As seis adegas zamoranas cobertas por esta DO trabalham condicionadas por um relevo acidentado, enclausurado pelo vale do Douro e seus afluentes na massa gran\u00edtica do maci\u00e7o de Sayago. As principais localidades zamoranas inclu\u00eddas na regi\u00e3o s\u00e3o as de Pino del Oro, Villadepera, Villalcampo, Moral de Sayago, Badilla, Fariza, M\u00e1moles, Fornillos de Fermoselle e Fermoselle.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/doarribes.es\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-630 size-thumbnail aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/arribes_2_2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A singularidade desta regi\u00e3o \u00e9 definida pelas variedades utilizadas: entre as tintas, as principais s\u00e3o as&nbsp;<strong>aut\u00f3ctones Juan Garcia, a rufete e a tempranillo<\/strong>, no entanto como variedades autorizadas que figuram no regulamento da DO&nbsp;<strong>a menc\u00eda e a grenache<\/strong>. Relativamente \u00e0s uvas brancas, a variedade principal \u00e9&nbsp;<strong>a malvasia<\/strong>&nbsp;y figuran como autorizadas la<strong>&nbsp;a verdejo e a albillo<\/strong>. Existem variedades de uva que encontram em Arribes, a \u00fanica zona de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, objecto de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00e3o exemplos a bru\u00f1al, a bastardillo ou a puesto en cruz.<\/p>\n<p>O tinto jovem \u00e9 produzido fundamentalmente com as&nbsp;<strong>variedades Juan Garc\u00eda, rufete e tempranillo<\/strong>. Os catalogados como crianza, s\u00e3o-no por um per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de dois anos, dos quais, pelo menos seis messes em barrica.<\/p>\n<p>Os vinhos ros\u00e9s contam com um m\u00ednimo de 60% das variedades tintas principais.
