Les six caves zamoraines couvertes par cette DO produisent leur vin dans un relief accident\u00e9, marqu\u00e9 par le fort encaissement du Duero et de ses affluents dans la masse granitique du batholithe de Sayago. Les principales localit\u00e9s de Zamora incluses dans le canton sont celles de Pino del Oro, Villadepera, Villalcampo, Moral de Sayago, Badilla, Fariza, M\u00e1moles, Fornillos de Fermoselle et Fermoselle.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/doarribes.es\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-630 size-thumbnail aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/arribes_2_2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La singularit\u00e9 de ce canton se trouve dans les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s utilis\u00e9es : parmi les rouges, les principales sont la vari\u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>locale juan garc\u00eda, rufete et tempranillo<\/strong>, alors que parmi les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s autoris\u00e9es dans le r\u00e8glement de la DO figurent&nbsp;<strong>la mencia et le grenache<\/strong>. En ce qui concerne les c\u00e9pages blancs, la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 principale est&nbsp;<strong>la malvoisie<\/strong>et sont \u00e9galement autoris\u00e9s le&nbsp;<strong>verdejo et l&rsquo;albillo<\/strong>. En m\u00eame temps, il existe des c\u00e9pages dont Arribes est la derni\u00e8re zone de production, et qui font l&rsquo;objet de r\u00e9habilitation. \u00c0 titre d&rsquo;exemple, on peut citer la bru\u00f1al, la bastardillo ou la puesta en cruz.<\/p>\n<p>Le vin rouge jeune est \u00e9labor\u00e9 principalement avec les&nbsp;<strong>vari\u00e9t\u00e9s juan garc\u00eda, rufete et tempranillo<\/strong>. Les vins \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s comme crianza sont vieillis pendant au moins deux ans &#8211; dont au moins six mois en f\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Les ros\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre compos\u00e9s d&rsquo;un minimum de 60 % des c\u00e9pages rouges principaux.
