Dans ce canton on trouve la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 longal, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme locale. La majeure partie de la r\u00e9colte est vendue en Galice et dans la province de Le\u00f3n, bien que le Portugal et la France &#8211; o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on concocte le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre marron glac\u00e9 &#8211; sont souvent les destinations ultimes.<br \/>\n<strong>L&rsquo;HUILE DE LOS ARRIBES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-583 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/otros_2-259x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"259\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/otros_2-259x300.jpg 259w, https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/otros_2.jpg 306w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 259px) 100vw, 259px\" \/>Le paysage en terrasses des Arribes de la province de Zamora et le microclimat de ce canton frontalier avec le Portugal sont \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s aux oliveraies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;huile<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9labor\u00e9e avec la&nbsp;<strong>vari\u00e9t\u00e9 manzanilla&nbsp;<\/strong>est remarquable pour sa&nbsp;<strong>couleur jaune d&rsquo;or&nbsp;<\/strong>caract\u00e9ristique, avec des&nbsp;<strong>tons tirant vers le vert, nets et brillants<\/strong>. Elle a un ar\u00f4me fruit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9, une note de pomme verte, un go\u00fbt robuste, elle est tr\u00e8s douce et persistante en bouche.<\/p>\n<p>La commune de Fermoselle concentre le plus grand nombre d&rsquo;oliviers, qui participent d&rsquo;un paysage unique dans un cadre marqu\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on spectaculaire par le profond encaissement du fleuve et par l&rsquo;absence originale de champs, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s au cours des si\u00e8cles par la main de l&rsquo;homme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LES L\u00c9GUMINEUSES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La lenteja pardina (lentille brune) de Tierra de Campos et de Tierra del Pan :&nbsp;<\/strong>cultiv\u00e9e dans les sols argileux de la Tierra de Campos et de la Tierra del Pan. Son enveloppe est de couleur marron ou brune &#8211; d&rsquo;o\u00f9 son nom \u00ab\u00a0pardina\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;espagnol pardo (brun) &#8211; et l&rsquo;albumen tendre et rappelant le beurre. Le climat de la zone permet de bonnes conditions d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 pour la germination pendant la p\u00e9riode de semence la plus habituelle (novembre), une formation appropri\u00e9e des grains (en mai), ainsi qu&rsquo;un s\u00e9chage des grains rapide et efficace pendant les mois de juin et de juillet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le haricot de Benavente y los Valles :&nbsp;<\/strong>le canton naturel de Benavente y los Valles est une terre de culture de ce l\u00e9gume sec prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par l&rsquo;IGP Alubia de Baneza-Le\u00f3n.
