Son relief, aux formes douces et ondoyantes, rappelle le reptile qui lui donne son nom : la couleuvre.<\/p>\n<p>Le relief de la sierra de la Culebra est de faible altitude, avec une profusion de schistes et de quartzites \u00e9mergeant de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation.&nbsp;Son point le plus haut culmine \u00e0 1 243 m\u00e8tres : Pe\u00f1a Mira forme un magnifique balcon sur la cha\u00eene de montagnes, qui se poursuit dans le Parc naturel de Montesinhos portugais. Comme dans d&rsquo;autres zones de montagne, l&rsquo;eau a fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 un relief abrupt, avec de fortes pentes ; il existe de petits torrents et cours d&rsquo;eau caus\u00e9s par l&rsquo;\u00e9rosion, et la source de certaines rivi\u00e8res dont le d\u00e9bit maximal est atteint dans les vall\u00e9es adjacentes \u00e0 la sierra, comme c&rsquo;est le cas du fleuve Aliste.<\/p>\n<p>La richesse v\u00e9g\u00e9tale de la sierra de la Culebra est comparable \u00e0 celle de sa faune, diff\u00e9rentes sortes de pins ainsi que des esp\u00e8ces locales de rouvres, de ch\u00eanes et de ch\u00e2taigniers contribuent \u00e0 un paysage accident\u00e9 qui m\u00e9rite la visite. Ses for\u00eats offrent en outre des endroits id\u00e9aux pour ramasser des champignons. On y trouve une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de boletus parmi lesquels la savoureuse amanite des C\u00e9sars.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-489 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Sierra_de_la_Culebra_2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Sierra_de_la_Culebra_2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Sierra_de_la_Culebra_2.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Cette R\u00e9serve r\u00e9gionale de Zamora est r\u00e9put\u00e9e car elle a la plus grande concentration de loups ib\u00e9riques d&rsquo;Espagne. Ce loup prend ses aises sur ces terres o\u00f9, quand arrive octobre, le choc des bois et le brame du cerf annoncent un spectacle qui m\u00e9rite d&rsquo;\u00eatre vu. Le sanglier, le chevreuil, le renard, la loutre, le chat sauvage ou le blaireau peuplent \u00e9galement ce territoire. La faune de la sierra de la Culebra est l&rsquo;une des plus riches de Castille-et-Le\u00f3n. C&rsquo;est pourquoi cet espace naturel est devenu un rendez-vous oblig\u00e9 des amoureux de la nature et attire de nombreux amateurs de l&rsquo;observation de cette faune, qui organisent des veilles dans des espaces choisis tout sp\u00e9cialement pour ne pas g\u00eaner les animaux, afin de pouvoir observer le loup et le brame du cerf dans leur milieu naturel.<\/p>\n<p>Prochainement, l&rsquo;ouverture du Centre d&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation du loup est pr\u00e9vue dans la localit\u00e9 de Robledo, au milieu de la sierra de la Culebra.
