Sie besitzt eine Fl\u00e4che von 1.800 Quadratkilometern, aufgeteilt zwischen 46 Gemeinden in Zamora und 10 Gemeinden in Salamanca. Es gibt 700 Hektar eingetragene Anbaufl\u00e4chen in der Denominaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Das Bild einer Weinbaugegend ist untrennbar mit der Landschaft, die sie umgibt, der Umgebung, in der sich der Vegetationszyklus der Weinst\u00f6cke entwickelt, und dem geschichtstr\u00e4chtigen Boden, auf dem die M\u00e4nner und Frauen, die die Erben einer sehr eigenen Kultur sind, verbunden. Die Dennominaci\u00f3n de Origen Vino de Zamora basiert auf diesen drei S\u00e4ulen, auf denen die Kellereien und Weinbauern stehen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein differenzierendes Merkmal dieser Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen ist, dass hier die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Konzentration an alten Weinst\u00f6cken unseres Landes zu finden ist, da hier kein Reblausbefall vorkam. Dar\u00fcber hinaus handelt es sich um den einzigen Ortsnamen in Spanien, der sich auf das \u201cLand des Weins\u201d bezieht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Tierra del Vino in Zamora hat eine tief&nbsp;<strong>greifende technologische Transformation seiner Kellereien erlebt<\/strong>. Alle Kellereien sind Neubauten und 210 Weinbauern haben sich streng zu einem verantwortungsvollen und professionellen Weinbau verpflichtet, der darauf ausgerichtet ist, Qualit\u00e4tsweine zu erzeugen. Aufgrund dieses entscheidenden Schritts f\u00fcr die Zukunft ihrer Weine kann die Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen das kulturelle Ph\u00e4nomen des Weintourismus voll und ganz bedienen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-634 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/tierra_2-300x293.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"293\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/tierra_2-300x293.jpg 300w, https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/tierra_2.jpg 363w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Die Hauptsorte ist die&nbsp;<strong>Tempranillo-Traube<\/strong>, obwohl auch die autorisierten&nbsp;<strong>Garnacha- und Cabernetsauvignon-Trauben&nbsp;<\/strong>auf den Weinbergen sehr pr\u00e4sent sind. Bei den wei\u00dfen Sorten sind vor allem&nbsp;<strong>Malvas\u00eda und Verdejo&nbsp;<\/strong>sowie&nbsp;<strong>Moscatel&nbsp;<\/strong>zu nennen, die f\u00fcr s\u00fc\u00dfe Weine angebaut wird. Autorisierte Rebsorten sind au\u00dferdem&nbsp;<strong>Albillo, Palomino und Godello<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bestimmungen der Denominaci\u00f3n legen fest, dass der Wei\u00dfwein mindestens 60% dieser Hauptsorten enthalten muss, der Ros\u00e9wein mit mindestens 60% Tempranillo-Trauben gekeltert wird und der \u201cClarate\u201d (heller Rotwein) wird mit mindestens 30% Tempranillo-Trauben hergestellt.
