Die sechs zamorischen Kellereien, die unter dieser Denominaci\u00f3n zusammengefasst sind, sehen ihre Herstellung beeinflusst durch eine bergige Landschaft, die dadurch markiert ist, dass der Duero und seine Zufl\u00fcssen stark in der Granitmasse des Batholith von Sayago eingezw\u00e4ngt werden. Die wichtigsten zamorischen Ortschaften des Landkreises sind Pino del Oro, Villadepera, Villalcampo, Moral de Sayago, Badilla, Fariza, M\u00e1moles, Fornillos de Fermoselle und Fermoselle.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/doarribes.es\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-630 size-thumbnail aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/arribes_2_2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Die Einzigartigkeit dieser Gegend ist den angebauten Sorten geschuldet: die haupts\u00e4chlichen Sorten f\u00fcr Rotwein sind die&nbsp;<strong>einheimische Juan Garc\u00eda-Traube, die Rufete-Traube und die Tempranillo-Traube<\/strong>, weitere autorisierte Sorten, die die Bestimmungen der Denominaci\u00f3n auff\u00fchren sind&nbsp;<strong>Menc\u00eda und Garnacha<\/strong>. Bei den Wei\u00dfweinsorten ist die Hauptsorte die&nbsp;<strong>Malvas\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;und als autorisiert werden<strong>&nbsp;Verdejo und Albillo&nbsp;<\/strong>aufgef\u00fchrt. Daneben existieren Traubensorten, die nur noch in Arribes angebaut werden, und deren Best\u00e4nde sich erholen sollen, Beispiele hierf\u00fcr sind die Sorten Bru\u00f1al, Bastardillo oder Puesto en cruz.<\/p>\n<p>Der junge Rotwein wird vor allem mit den&nbsp;<strong>Sorten Juan Garc\u00eda, Rufete und Tempranillo&nbsp;<\/strong>hergestellt. Die als Crianza-Wein gekennzeichneten Weine reifen mindestens zwei Jahre lang, davon mindestens sechs Monate in F\u00e4ssern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ros\u00e9weine m\u00fcssen mindestens 60% der roten Hauptsorten enthalten.
