Es handelt sich um insgesamt 60.000 Hektar Fl\u00e4che, 5.800 davon sind dem Weinbau gewidmet, was zur Bildung einer charakteristischen Landschaft beigetragen hat.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gegend umfasst drei Gemeinden von Valladolid, in denen drei Kellereien beheimatet sind, und 12 Gemeinden von Zamora mit 41 Kellereien. Neben Toro umfasst der zamorische Teil der Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen die Gemeinden Argujillo, B\u00f3veda de Toro, Morales de Toro, El Pego, Peleagonzalo, El Pi\u00f1ero, San Miguel de la Ribera, Sanzoles, Valdefinjas, Venialbo und Villabuena del Puente.<\/p>\n<p>Die gro\u00dfe K\u00e4lte im Winter und die hohen Temperaturen im Sommer mit vielen Sonnenstunden im Lauf des Jahres geben der Traube eine au\u00dferordentliche Qualit\u00e4t, insbesondere der einheimischen Sorte Tinta de Toro.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-626 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/toro_2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/toro_2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/toro_2.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Neben der Hauptsorte wird au\u00dferdem die&nbsp;<strong>Garnacha-Traube&nbsp;<\/strong>angebaut. Wei\u00dfe Sorten werden durch&nbsp;<strong>die Verdejo- und die Malvas\u00eda-Traube&nbsp;<\/strong>abgedeckt.<\/p>\n<p>Unter den Weinen, die die Gegend weltweit bekannt gemacht haben, befinden sich die jungen Rotweine und die Tinto Roble-Weine sowie die Crianza-Weine: die Herstellung erfolgt innerhalb von mindestens zwei Kalenderjahren, davon reifen die Weine mindestens sechs Monate in Eichenf\u00e4ssern.
