Sanabria-Carballeda, wo sich der Naturpark \u201cLago de Sanabria\u201d&nbsp; befindet und Pe\u00f1a Trevinca, im Gebirgszug Segundera, dem h\u00f6chsten Gipfel der Provinz mit 2.127m H\u00f6he. Naturliebhaber lernen ein reiche Naturlandschaft kennen und k\u00f6nnen alle Arten von Aktivit\u00e4ten des Rural- und Aktivtourismus nachgehen: Wandern, Ausritte zu Pferd, Mountainbike, Vogel- und Pflanzenbeobachtung \u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WAS ANSEHEN?<\/li>\n<li>Puebla de Sanabria: Verwaltungszentrum. Zum historisch-k\u00fcnstlerischen Denkmalkomplex erkl\u00e4rt. Es lohnt sich, die gepflasterten Stra\u00dfen des Orten entlangzugehen, in denen man an jeder Ecke Mittelalter atmen kann. Die Burg, heute Interpretationszentrum f\u00fcr befestigte St\u00e4dte und Sitz des Tourismusb\u00fcros, und die Pfarrkirche sind es wert, besucht zu werden. Riesen- und Gro\u00dfkopfmuseum.<\/li>\n<li>El Puente de Sanabria:&nbsp; Einkaufszentrum des Bezirks und jeden Montag Ort eines beliebten Marktes.<\/li>\n<li>Las Cascadas in dem pittoresken Ort Sotillo bieten einen der interessantesten Wanderwege, der zu einem spektakul\u00e4ren Wasserfall zwischen Eichen, Kastanien und Stechpalmen f\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n<li>San Mart\u00edn de Casta\u00f1eda: wundersch\u00f6ner Platz \u00fcber dem See, was zum Bau des alten Zisterzienserklosters gef\u00fchrt hat. Die heutigen Reste des Klosters beherbergen das Haus des Naturparks \u201cLago de Sanabria\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Ribadelago Nuevo und Ribadelago Viejo, zwei D\u00f6rfer, die durch eine tragische Geschichte bekannt geworden sind: dem Bruch der Staumauer von Vega de Tera. Heute herrscht in beiden im Sommer ein animiertes Ambiente, und die Orte sind Ausgangspunkt verschiedener Wanderwege, wie dem, der hinauf zur Tera-Schlucht f\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n<li>Vigo de Sanabria und Robleda bieten Beispiele volkst\u00fcmlicher Architektur.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e1bano de Sanabria: Volkst\u00fcmliche Architektur mit einem wundersch\u00f6nen Kreuz aus dem XVI. Jahrhundert und der Alcobilla-Kapelle aus dem XVI. Jahrhundert, die im XVIII. Jahrhundert renoviert wurde.<\/li>\n<li>Von San Cipri\u00e1n aus kann man einen interessanten Ausflug machen, indem man auf der rechten Seite des Carambilla-Bachs bis zum Gipfel Pico Faeda (2.024m) hinaufsteigt.<\/li>\n<li>Im Naturpark Lago de Sanabria befindet sich der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gletschersee Spaniens.<\/li>\n<li>Requejo: Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr den Ausflug, der in den Wald von Tejedelo f\u00fchrt, einem Reservat von Eiben mit gro\u00dfem \u00f6kologischem Wert.<\/li>\n<li>Lubi\u00e1n: Hier kann man das Castro de las Muradellas (Siedlung aus der Eisenzeit), el cortello dos lobos (alte Wolfsfalle) und die Tuiza-Kapelle besuchen.<\/li>\n<li>Hermisende: hier steht ein sch\u00f6nes Pfarrhaus sowie alte Siedlungen.<\/li>\n<li>Rionegro del Puente, bereits in Carballeda, beherbergt die Kapelle Virgen de la Carballeda.<\/li>\n<li>Muelas de los Caballeros und Donado sind Orte mit gro\u00dfartiger volkst\u00fcmlicher Architektur mit wundersch\u00f6nen Herrenh\u00e4usern.<\/li>\n<li>Mombuey: originale romanische Kirche aus dem XII.
