In dieser Region gibt es die Longal-Sorte, die als einheimisch betrachtet wird, der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil der Ernte wird in Galizien und der Provinz Leon verkauft, obwohl Portugal und Frankreich- wo die bekannten glasierten Kastanien hergestellt werden- normalerweise das Endziel sind.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00d6L AUS ARRIBES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-583 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/otros_2-259x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"259\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/otros_2-259x300.jpg 259w, https:\/\/turismoenzamora.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/otros_2.jpg 306w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 259px) 100vw, 259px\" \/>Die terrassenf\u00f6rmige Landschaft von Arribes in der Provinz Zamora und das Mikroklima dieses Bezirks, der an Portugal grenzt, sind sehr eng mit den Olivenb\u00e4umen verbunden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das \u00d6l<\/strong>, das mit der&nbsp;<strong>Sorte Manzanilla&nbsp;<\/strong>hergestellt wird, sticht vor allem durch seine charakteristische&nbsp;<strong>gelb-goldene Farbe<\/strong>&nbsp;mit&nbsp;<strong>sauberen und gl\u00e4nzenden gr\u00fcnlichen T\u00f6nen&nbsp;<\/strong>hervor. Es besitzt ein fruchtiges Aroma mit sch\u00f6nem Geruch, Nuancen von gr\u00fcnen \u00c4pfeln, robustem, sehr s\u00fc\u00dflichem und lang anhaltendem Geschmack.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gemeindebezirk Fermoselle stehen die meisten Olivenb\u00e4ume, die zu einer einzigartigen Landschaft beitragen in einer Umgebung, die auf spektakul\u00e4re Weise durch das tiefe Flussbecken und die urspr\u00fcngliche Abwesenheit der Terrassen, die im Laufe der Jahrhunderte durch Menschen angelegt wurden, markiert ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00dcLSENFR\u00dcCHTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Braune Linsen aus Tierra de Campos y del Pan:&nbsp;<\/strong>sie werden in der tonhaltigen Erde von Tierra de Campos und Tierra del Pan angebaut. Sie besitzen eine glatte Haut und eine braune Farbe, daher stammt auch ihr Name, und einen weiches und leicht fettiges Sameneiwei\u00df. Das Klima der Gegend bringt gute Feuchtigkeitsbedingungen f\u00fcr die Keimung in der gew\u00f6hnlichen Saatzeit (November), eine ad\u00e4quate Bildung der Frucht (Mai) und eine schnelle und effiziente Trocknung der Frucht in Juni und Juli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bohnen aus Benavente y los Valles:&nbsp;<\/strong>der nat\u00fcrliche Bezirk Benavente y los Valles ist Anbaugebiet dieser H\u00fclsenfrucht unter der Gesch\u00fctzten Herkunftsbezeichnung Bohnen aus La Ba\u00f1eza-Le\u00f3n.
