Die Hauptstadt dieser Region ist Fuentesa\u00faco.<\/p>\n<p>Sie wird auf gut dr\u00e4nierten B\u00f6den angebaut, die eine lockere oder lockere und sandige Textur, einen leicht sauren pH-Wert und ein niedriges oder mittleres Niveau an anreicherbarem Kalzium besitzen.&nbsp;<strong>Diese durch eine Gesch\u00fctzte Herkunftsbezeichnung gesch\u00fctzte H\u00fclsenfrucht&nbsp;<\/strong>wird in derselben Produktionsgegend gelagert, verpackt und teilweise sogar zubereitet, einer Gegend, die im S\u00fcden erweitert ist durch die Region La Armu\u00f1a, was auf die bestehende enge Beziehung zwischen den beiden Bezirken zur\u00fcck zu f\u00fchren ist.
