Aus diesem Grund werden die zamorischen Milchl\u00e4mmer zu emblematischen Produkten, vor allem, wenn sie durch eine Garantiemarke gesch\u00fctzt sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Milchlamm von Kastilien und Leon&nbsp;<\/strong>wurde 1997 mit einer&nbsp;<strong>Gesch\u00fctzten Herkunftsbezeichnung&nbsp;<\/strong>gesch\u00fctzt und stammt aus den einheimischen Rassen Churra, Castellana und Ojalada, deren Herden in der Landschaft der gesamten Provinz Zamora zu finden sind.<\/p>\n<p>Das gute Fleisch der Schafe und sein besonderer Geschmack sind traditionell an die Ern\u00e4hrung gebunden, die auf Getreidestoppel und nat\u00fcrliche Weiden basiert. Das Wort \u201cMilchlamm\u201d bezieht sich auf die Tatsache, dass das Lamm sich ausschlie\u00dflich von Muttermilch ern\u00e4hrt hat.
