Der Eigent\u00fcmer der Marke ist die&nbsp;<strong>Vereinigung f\u00fcr die Promotion von Rindfleisch aus Aliste (APTA)<\/strong>&nbsp;in Zamora.<\/p>\n<p>Die Nutzung der Marke begrenzt sich auf die Region Aliste, der Produktionsbasis dieses Rindfleisches. Auch wenn in den Regionen Sanabria und Sayago ebenfalls produziert wird, stehen die meisten landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe in Aliste.
