In 1996 schloss sich eine Gruppe von Industriellen zusammen, um ein Mehl zu mahlen, das die Herstellung von einem Brot mit der Textur und der Qualit\u00e4t traditioneller Brote erm\u00f6glichte. Sechs Jahre sp\u00e4ter entstand die&nbsp;<strong>Marca de Garant\u00eda Harina Tradicional Zamorana (Garantiemarke Traditionelles zamorisches Mehl)<\/strong>, das den Gaumen der Provinz den Geschmack des \u2018Bauernbrots\u2019 zur\u00fcckgebracht hat.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Mehl wird aus dem Weizen \u2018triticum aestivum\u2019 und \u2018triticum durum\u2019 hergestellt und enth\u00e4lt mindestens 10% Mehl aus Steinm\u00fchlen.
