Mit diesem G\u00fctesiegel versehen kommen jedes Jahr fast eine halbe Million Kilo K\u00e4se auf den Markt. Die Anerkennung mit einer eigenen Herkunftsbezeichnung ab 1993 hat eine unvergleichliche Empfehlung f\u00fcr die Eroberung des nationalen Marktes und der Pr\u00e4senz auf internationalen M\u00e4rkten bedeutet.<\/p>\n<p>as Produkt unter dem Siegel der Herkunftsbezeichnung ist ein&nbsp;<strong>reifer und fettiger K\u00e4se<\/strong>. Sein Geschmack ist sehr typisch,&nbsp;<strong>gut entwickelt und intensiv<\/strong>. Fettig und anhaltend am Gaumen, ist er aber nicht zu kr\u00e4ftig,&nbsp;<strong>jedoch etwas pikant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Die K\u00e4semasse ist fest und kompakt mit guter Dichte und elfenbeinfarben oder gelblich.
